HomeSignup is operated by WGP Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at homesignup.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google). Organizations also provide an organization name and type.
Visitor signup data: When visitors fill out an open house signup form created by our users, we collect the information entered on that form, which may include name, email, phone number, and related details. This data is stored on behalf of and accessible to the agent or organization that created the signup link.
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Uploaded content: Profile photos, organization logos, and house photos you upload are stored in our cloud infrastructure.
Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the HomeSignup service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (account verification, subscription updates, payment receipts)
- To respond to support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate HomeSignup:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — application hosting
- Google — OAuth authentication (when using "Sign in with Google")
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
5. Data Shared with Agents & Organizations
If you fill out an open house signup form, the information you provide is shared with the real estate agent or organization that created that form. They may use that information to follow up with you about real estate services. HomeSignup is not responsible for how agents or organizations use the data collected through their signup forms.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or operational purposes. Visitor signup data is retained as long as the associated agent or organization account remains active.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
HomeSignup uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format

10. Children
HomeSignup is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
