Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HomeSignup, a product operated by WGP Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use HomeSignup.

2. Description of Service

HomeSignup is a platform that enables real estate professionals and organizations to create open house signup pages, collect visitor information, and manage their real estate business. The service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to Pro features until then. Organization plans are billed per seat, and seat counts adjust automatically as agents are added or removed. When agents join or leave mid-cycle, your billing is prorated — you are only charged for the portion of the billing period each seat was active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through HomeSignup, including signup form data, photos, and branding assets. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WGP Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Data associated with deleted accounts may be retained for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
